Soddy, James Rawdon
It is now announced that Dr. JAMES RAWDON SODDY, aged 24, previously reported as missing, lost his life at sea by enemy action in July last. He qualified M.R.C.S., L.R.C.P. in 1942 from St. Thomas's Hospital and held house appointments at the Royal Portsmouth Hospital and the Lambeth Hospital. At the time of his death he was on the way to take up an appointment in the Colonial Medical Service in Nigeria. British Medical Journal, 11 Sep 1943
