Wetherell, Sydney
Fl. Lieut. Sydney Wetherell, who was killed by enemy action on April 8, was born in October, 1911. He studied medicine at Guy’s and qualified L.M.S.S.A. After holding appointments as assistant in general practice he was commissioned as flying officer in the Medical Branch of the R.A.F.V.R. on Dec. 5, 1941. At the date of his death he was medical officer at a R.A.F. Squadron overseas. British Medical Journal. 12 May 1945
