Small, Dudley Francis

Small, Francis Dudley, Capt. R.A.M.C., attd 15th Cheshire Regiment, was educated at King's College, Canterbury, and entered Guy's as a Dental Student in October 1911. He passed Part 1 of the Final L.D.S. in November, 1914 and joined the army very soon after. Wounded and missing 1918. Guy's Hospital Reports Vol.LXX, War Memorial Number

On Guy's memorial as F. D. but all records show him as Dudley Francis.  

According to the Guy's Hospital Reports (extract above) he was educated at King's College, Canterbury.  However, he actually attended Kent College, Canterbury.
