Dix, Cyril Bernard
Lieut. Cyril Bernard Dix. Entered Hospital 2nd October, 1914. Voluntarily enlisted in the Artists' Rifles, November 22nd, 1915, and gained commissioned rank as 2nd Lieut. 8th East Surreys, in May, 1917.
