Description

Looting a village outside Karuppa Camp. The photograph depicts a building of ramshackle appearance that abutts a wall of sturdy construction.The building is constructed of interwoven material between upright sticks. There is access on the left side of the structure up to a balcony area and then onto the roof.In front of the building to the left side stands one man in the near foreground and 3 others who are looking into the building the soldier on the right hand side is standing very upright and wears a striped turban with his uniform.
