KING'S COLLEGE SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AND DENTISTRY From September 1983 King's College Hospital Medical School previously an independent School of the University of London was reunited with King's College London to form new School known as the King's College School of Medicine and Dentistry The School comprises three Faculties the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences pre- clinical studies centred largely at the College premises in the Strand the Faculty of Clinical Medicine and the Faculty of Clinical Dentistry both located at Denmark Hill SE5 and responsible for clinical courses The faculties of the King's College School of Medicine and Den- tistry are fortunate in being part of an institution in which seven other faculties are represented The association of students of Medicine and Dentistry with students from these other faculties is one of the major advantages afforded by beginning Medical Education at King's College The King's College School of Medicine and Dentistry has its own separate prospectus giving full information about the constituent Faculties and describing the courses available It may be obtained from the Admissions Office King's College London Strand London WC2R 2LS or from the Secretary King's College School of Medicine and Dentistry Denmark Hill London SE5 Dean of the School Mr Cotton ch Secretary of the School Mr Η Musselwhite Barrister ADMISSION OF STUDENTS Details of the procedure to be followed by students seeking admission to the King's College School of Medicine and Dentistry for the undergraduate and courses are given in the School's prospectus obtainable as above 147
