Associateship of King's College THE ASSOCIATESHIP OF KING'S COLLEGE By the Statutes and Regulations framed under the King's College London Charter 1980 The Council may elect as Associates of the College students of the College who have attended classes in the College for at least three years as regular students except in the case of medical students who have to spend only six terms in the College ii obtained degree of the University of London iii regularly attended the two terms' course of instruction in Theology in each of the three years' course of study and passed such examinations or other tests as the lecturers may from time to time require iv paid such fees for the award of the Diploma of Associateship as may from time to time be determined by the Council Notwithstanding paragraphs and iii above students whose courses of study require them to be resident for minimum of two years will be eligible for the award of the Diploma of Asso- ciateship if they have attended classes in Theology for two years and have otherwise fulfilled the requirements of these regulations student who intercalates one-year course of study for the Sc degree on completion of two year pre-clinical course must either successfully complete the third year AKC course and examinations or await the award of the MB BS Degree before he is eligible for Associateship status vi Notwithstanding paragraph iii students in the Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies who desire to study for the Associateship may be required to attend different courses and to pass different examinations from those prescribed for students in other faculties 201
