Faculties and Courses of Study 109 and one of the following The Roman Law of Obligations History of English Law Elements of German Civil Law Principles of the Law of Evidence English Administrative Law Public International Law 10 Labour Law 11 Family Law 12 Criminal Responsibility and the Elements of Penology 13 European Community Law 14 Introduction to the Soviet Legal System All the courses numbered 4-14 will not necessarily be available each year PART 11 The tuition and the examinations will be entirely in French at the University of Paris candidate for admission to Part II must have passed the whole of the examinations for Part although in exceptional circumstances the College may at its discretion permit candidate to proceed to Part II before taking Part candidate who has satisfied the examiners in Part of the LL English and French Law and who is unable to proceed to or complete Part II of the examination may at the College's discretion be permitted to transfer to Part II of the LL examination The examination for Part II of the LL English and French Law consists of written papers in two subjects in each year of the course and an oral examination in the remaining subjects Candidates may choose to be examined by continuous assessment instead of by oral examina- tion in two subjects in each year The subjects in Part II are First Year French Constitutional Law one semester Administrative Law and Institutions two semesters Property one semester
