General Information 73 Associateship of King's College Non-theological The Council may elect as Associates of King's College students of the CoUege who have attended classes in the College for at least three years as regular students except in the case of medical students who have to spend only six terms in the College ii obtained degree of the University of London in regularly attended the two terms' course of instruction in Theology in each of the three years' course of study and passed such examinations or other tests as the lecturers may from time to time require iv paid such fees for the award of the Diploma of Associateship as may from time to time be determined by the Council Admission of Students Students of the College are either Full-time Part-time or Occasional FuU-time students are those admitted to the regular and full courses of study prescribed in their respective faculties whether or not they are registered for degree of the University Only postgraduate students working for higher degree can be admitted as part-time students Occasional students are those who wish to study particular subject or subjects rather than complete course They are required to conform to the same discipline as other students while in the precincts of the College At present occasional students are admitted to undergraduate courses only in very exceptional circumstances Applicants for admission to the College will not normally be accepted except in the case of some students from overseas without being interviewed by the Dean of the Faculty which they wish to enter or his representative Students entering the CoUege are required to have reached the age of 17 years to sign declaration that they will observe CoUege Rules to comply where applicable with CoUege and University regulations regarding eligibility for registration as internal students attendance at recognised courses completion of entry forms and payment of fees for examinations and other matters
