General Information 81 then be made for basic medical training at the College The hospitals affiliated to the College for clinical training are as follows King's College Hospital Medical School Denmark Hill London SE5 8RX Westminster Medical School Horseferry Road London SWi Intending dental students should apply to King's College Hospital Medical School Candidates applying for admission should indicate clearly in the appropriate section of the application form the code number of each of the medical schools chosen The numbers are as follows King's College Hospital Medical School-59 King's College Hospital Dental School-59 Westminster Medical School-67 Courses are also provided in the Faculty of Medical Science for selected students who develop particular interest in Anatomy Bio- chemistry Pharmacology or Physiology during the course in Basic Medical Sciences and Pharmacology and who wish to proceed to the Sc degree in Anatomy Biochemistry Pharmacology or Physiology Information concerning these degrees may be obtained from the Head of the department concerned Registration of Students College registration At the beginning of each session students must register with the Dean of their faculty or his representative On registration each student will receive from the faculty Dean signed form which must then be presented to representative of the Registry who will issue Faculty Card of Admission to classes as soon as satisfactory information regarding payment of fees is presented new Faculty Card will be issued at the beginning of each session and should be retained by student throughout the period of the relevant session as he or she may be asked to produce it at any time by member of staff as official evidence of registration University registration Before admission an applicant must satisfy the University 'general requirements' and ii any additional Univer- sity or College requirements for direct entry to specific degree courses called 'course requirements' These additional requirements are set out in the General Prospectus of Undergraduate Courses available from the
