168 Library Facilities Photocopies Self-service photocopying machines are provided in the Library Microform readers The Library is equipped with readers for microfilm microcard and microfiche Library Rules Admission to the Library Members of the Councd or the Delegacy for the time being Fellows of the College and members of the academic staff and senior members of the administrative and library staffs of the College shall be entitled to be admitted to the Library to read and borrow Junior members of the administrative and library staffs and on the written recommendation of the heads of their departments members of the technical and maintenance staffs of the CoUege may be admitted to the Library to read and borrow on making appUcation to the Librarian Regular students of the CoUege shaU be entided to be admitted to the Library to read and borrow Occasional students of the CoUege and students of other Schools of the University attending inter-coUegiate lectures in the CoUege may be admitted to read and borrow the privilege of borrowing being limited in each case to books in their subjects of study in the CoUege Other fit persons may be admitted to read and consult books in the Library at the discretion of the Librarian and on production of satisfactory recom- mendation In special cases they may also be granted the privdege of borrowing from the Library under such conditions as the Library Committee may determine Discipline AU persons using the Library shall be subject to the discipline of the College No reader shall have access to any part of the Library to which such access is not authorised nor shall he obtain or hold any key to enable him to gain such access save with the special permission of the Librarian or his deputy in the Library nor shall any reader enter or leave the Library by any door other than those designated for the purpose save in the event of an emergency Sdence and good order shaU be maintained in the Library Smoking is not allowed in the Library nor may any naked light be intro- duced into the Library Botdes of ink shall not be brought into the Library 10 Places at reading tables shaU not be reserved 11 No food or drink may be introduced into or consumed in the Library 12 No notices posters or other advertisements shaU be displayed on Library premises save writh the consent of the Librarian
