Faculties and Courses of Study 12 Labour Law 13 Family Law 14 Criminal Responsibility and the Elements of Penology 15 European Community Law 16 Introduction to the Soviet Legal System 17 Conflict of Laws 18 Conveyancing and the Social Control of Land 19 Succession and Capital Transfer Tax 20 Company Law and Partnership 21 Commercial Law Before commencing their course for Part II of the LL Degree Examination students should obtain confirmation that courses in the subjects chosen will be available II ΤΛΛΊ the ll english and french law The course for the LL English and French Law extends over four years Part consists of course of two years' study at King's College with examinations at the end of each year Part II consists of course of two years' study at the University of Paris with examinations at the end of each year part first year course The course and examination for the First Year of Part are identical in all respects with the course and examination for the Intermediate LL above except that students are required additionally to attend non-examinable course on Introduction to the French Legal System part second year course candidate for admission to the Second Year of Part must have passed the whole of the First Year examination The Second Year examination consists of one three-hour paper in each of the following subjects Law of Tort Law of Property Law of Trusts and one of the following The Roman Law of Obligations History of English Law Elements of German Civil Law
