General Information 101 UNIVERSITY HALLS OF RESIDENCE The University reserves the right to raise fees without notice those quoted below are for session 1975-76 Canterbury Hall Warden Miss Verena McCririck Canterbury Hall situated in Cartwright Gardens WC1H 9EE has accommo- dation for 221 women students Fees are from £441 to £499-80 for session of approximately 30 weeks and include all meals except lunch Monday to Friday College Hall Warden Mrs Joyce Witt sc College Hall situated in Malet Street WC1E 7ΗΖ overlooks the University site and provides residence for 220 women students of the University Fees are from £451-50 to £462-70 session All meals except Monday to Friday lunches ן γ Nutford House Warden Miss Barbara Sutherland Nutford House Brown Street off George Street W1H 6AH 01-262 4431 is University hall of residence with accommodation for about 194 women students mainly in single study-bedrooms The fees for session of 30 weeks are Single room £462-70 share of double room £451-50 All meals except lunch Monday to Friday The three above-mentioned halls of residence for women students together with Hughes Parry Hall have common application form which may be obtainedfrom any one of the Halls stamped addressed envelope must be sent with the enquiry The completedform should be sent to the Hall of first choice by the end of Aprilfor admission thefollowing October There are occasional vacancies in the course of the academic year Commonwealth Hall Warden Harris An intercollegiate hall of residence for about 400 men students Fees £466- £483 All applications to the Hall Secretary Commonwealth Hall Cartwright Gardens WC1H 9EB Connaught Hall Warden Professor Lang lit An intercollegiate hall of residence for men students Study-bedrooms provided for 194 residents Fees £483 per session Applications may be obtained from the Warden Connaught Hall of Residence 36-45 Tavistock Square WC1H 9EX and returned to him before 31st May
