82 General Information Applicants for admission to the College will not be accepted except in the case of some students from overseas without being interviewed by the Dean of the Faculty which they wish to enter or his representa- tive Students entering the College are required to have reached the age of 17 years in the case of those in the Theological Faculty 18 years to sign declaration that they will observe College Rules and General Regulations and Library Rules to comply where applicable with College and University regulations regarding eligibility for registration as internal students attendance at recognised courses completion of entry forms and payment of fees for examinations and other matters All applications for admission to first degree and diploma courses in the faculties of Arts Natural Science Laws Engineering Music and the Theological Department must be made through the Universities Central Council on Admissions Box No 28 Cheltenham Glos GL50 1HY The handbook should be consulted and it can be obtained direct from price 40p in the 75p within Europe elsewhere The code number allocated to the College by the is 43 and candidates who intend to apply for admis- sion to any faculty other than Medical Science should indicate this number clearly in the appropriate section of the application form Men and women wishing to study in the Faculty of Medical Science at King's College should apply through the Universities Central Council on Admissions as stated above but should name on their application form the hospital or hospitals at which they wish to pursue their subsequent clinical training arrangements will then be made for basic medical training at the College The hospitals affiliated to the College for clinical training are as follows King's College Hospital Medical School Denmark Hill London SE5 Westminster Medical School Horseferry Road London SW1 Intending dental students should apply to King's College Hospital Medical School Candidates applying for admission should indicate clearly in the appropriate section of the application form the
