Studentships Scholarships Exhibitions Bursaries and Prizes 207 The Prize will be awarded annually to the student who in the opinion of the Dean of the Faculty of Laws in consultation with his colleagues shall have attained most distinction in the subject Labour Law in the course and examination taken for the LL degree MAXWELL LAW PRIZE The prize shall consist of books published by Messrs Sweet Maxwell Ltd to the value of £50 The prize shall be awarded annually to the student who shall be certified by the Dean of the Faculty of Laws on the recommendation of the Board of Examiners to have obtained the highest Honours in the LL in that year No student receiving the Maxwell Law Prize shall be eligible to receive second such award Available in the Faculty of Natural Science Entrance Scholarships WORSLEY SCHOLARSHIP for Regulations see page 182 Undergraduate Awards SAMBROOKE EXHIBITIONS IN NATURAL SCIENCE Exhibitions of £25 each will be offered annually to Sc degree students one each in the Departments of Chemistry Mathematics and Physics and three in the Departments within the School of Biological Science One Exhibition will be offered annnally to students taking broad-based Sc degree courses involving as main fields of study any two of Chemistry Geography Geology Mathematics and Physics The Exhibitions will be awarded to the student or students in each of the above categories obtaining the best results based on the work done during the first or second year of study at the College Decision as to the appropriate year of study to be considered in any session shall be at the discretion of the Departments concerned The Exhibitions will be awarded on the recommendation of the Faculty of Natural Science
