Annual Report of the Council ν Hertford as its representative on the new Standing Conference of Representatives of Governing Bodies of Theological Colleges and appointed the Reverend Mason Sub-Warden of St Augustine's to be member of the Canterbury Committee fellowship The Reverend Professor Christopher Francis Evans Professor of New Testament Studies and David Alan Hunter Johnston Esq Treasurer of the Council of King's College were elected Fellows of King's College staff The Reverend Richard John Kingsbury former student in the English Department was appointed Chaplain of King's College from September 1st 1970 Dr Graham Norman Stanton ph who had taken his first degrees in New Zealand and his ph in Cambridge was ap- pointed by the Delegacy as Lecturer in New Testament Studies The Reverend Julian Roland Palgrave Barker Chaplain of Clare College Cambridge was appointed to the staff of St Augustine's College Canterbury in place of the Reverend Robert Lewis who accepted appointment to the parish of Kirby Liverpool The Reverend Hugh Maycock also joined the staff at Canterbury on retirement as Principal of Pusey House Oxford The Reverend Professor Ackroyd lectured in New Zealand Australia Ceylon and India during the summer vacation 1970 The Reverend Professor Evans was on leave of absence from January to August 1970 as Visiting Fellow of St Mark's Library and Institute of Theology in Canberra He gave lectures in various universities and colleges and gave courses for clergy both in Australia and New Zea- land The Reverend Simon was on leave of absence in the United States from August 1969 to May 1970 at St Mary's Theological Seminary Baltimore publications In addition to reviews in learned journals members of the staff of the Faculty of Theology and of the Theological Department contributed the following publications
