vi Annual Report of the Council Dr Patrick Collinson Lecturer in Ecclesiastical History Faculty of Arts and Theology resigned on his appointment to Chair of History in the University of Sydney Australia Mr Richard Wallace Assistant Lecturer in the History and Philo- sophy of Religion Faculty of Arts and Theology for four years left at the end of the session to do further studies in the University of Durham The Reverend Colin Davey resigned as Sub-Warden of the College at Warminster in order to spend year completing study of Orthodox Church History The Reverend Anthony Ernest Harvey Research Student in Theology at Christ Church Oxford was appointed by the Council to be Warden of the post-graduate college transferred from St Boniface College Warminster to St Augustine's College Canterbury The Reverend Kenneth Staveley Mason was appointed Sub-Warden of St Augustine's College The Reverend Christopher Rex Bryant accepted the invitation to be Chaplain at Canterbury and the Reverend Robert Lewis transferred from Warminster to Canterbury as Tutor The Council appointed Miss Sophie Marshall as Lecturer in New Testament Studies The Delegacy appointed Dr Cargill Thompson as Lecturer in Ecclesiastical History and Mr Colin Gunton as Lecturer in the Philosophy of Religion On the departure of Miss Edwards Tutor to Women Theo- logical Students it was agreed that women students in the Faculty of Theology should in future come under the care of the Tutor to Women Students in the College Dr Helen Hudson publications In addition to reviews in learned journals members of the staff of the Faculty of Theology and of the Theological Department contributed the following publications Professor Ackroyd Exile and Restoration Westminster Press Philadelphia London 1968 'Meaning and Exegesis' Words and Meanings Essays presented to Thomas ed Ackroyd and Linders 1968 Historians and Prophets Svensk Exegetisk Arsbok 33 1968 Edited Book List 1969 for Society for Old Testament Study
