lx Annual Report of the Delegacy the Lord Chancellor's Working Party on the Draft Hague Convention on the Recognition of Divorce Decrees He attended the 100th Wilton Park Conference in March as representative of the Luxembourg International University and the 5th Conference of European Ministers of Justice in London in June He participated in colloquium on Human Rights in the United Nations and the Council of Europe held at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and round- table meeting of the International University of Comparative Sciences in Luxembourg He attended the Committee of Specialists of the Council of Europe for the Comparative Study of the Law of European States at Strasbourg in March and with Mr Kinley visited the headquarters of and the British Embassy Bonn for discus- sions relating to defence studies He presided at the first joint meeting of the European Group of the Law Society and the European Group of the Bar for discussion of topics of private international law Professor Cohn gave special lecture on the structure of the English Courts at Marburg Both he and Professor Bathurst as Honorary Visiting Professors continued to assist the Faculty by their advice their participation in teaching and by organising various activities Professor Kiralfy attended the Council of Europe Legal Conference on Co-ordination of Research in East European Law at Strasbourg in October 1967 and the Conference at Pavia University on the East European State Enterprise April 1968 He gave talk on East European Divorce Law at the Law Society's European Section Colloquium in January and course of eight lectures on the English Law of Succession in French at the University Centre for European Studies Turin March-April Professor James was member of the Council of Europe Sub- Committee on Juvenile Delinquency making special contribution on the Law relating to Sound Broadcasting Television Gramophone Records and Publicity His previous contributions to Mass Media and Juvenile Delinquency were concerned with the Press and the Cinema He was an active member of the following groups Science and Per- sonality with special reference to the Law relating to Dangerous Drugs the Foundation Professor Dunstan's group on Censorship and Psychiatry and the Law Tavistock Centre Professor Chloros gave an introductory course of lectures on English law at the British Institute in Paris to inaugurate the teaching of English law at that Institute as part of the general programme of
