THE ASSOCIATESHIP OF KING'S COLLEGE By the Statutes and Regulations framed under the King's College London Transfer Act 1908 The Council may elect as Associates of the College Students of the Theological Department of King's College London or of the Faculty of Theology as the same existed in the College before the appointed day who have attended such courses of instruction and passed such examinations as may from time to time be prescribed by the Council Students of University of London King's College or of Univer- sity of London King's College for Women who have obtained degree of the University and have also attended such courses of instruction in Theology and passed such examinations in Theology as may be re- quired by any by-laws rules orders or regulations made by the Council and in force on the appointed day or as may from time to time be prescribed by the Council and Students of any faculty other than the Faculty of Theology as the same existed in the College before the appointed day or of the Women's Department as the same existed in the College before the appointed day who have attended such courses of instruction and passed such examinations as may be required by any by-laws rules orders or regulations made by the Council and in force on the appointed day or as may from time to time be prescribed by the Council and shall for that purpose retain all their powers of electing associates existing immediately before the appointed day but save as aforesaid all such powers shall as from the appointed day be extinguished Regulations They must have attended classes in the College for at least three years as Regular Students They must have obtained degree in the University of London They must have regularly attended the two terms' course of in- struction in Theology in each year of the three years' course of study They must have passed such examinations or other tests as the Lecturers may from time to time require 367
