General Information 67 King's College Hospital Medical School Denmark Hill London SES St George's Hospital Medical School Hyde Park Corner London SW1 Westminster Medical School Horseferry Road London SW1 Courses are also provided in the Faculty of Medical Science for selected students who have passed the Second Medical degree examination and who wish to proceed to the Sc Special degree in Anatomy Pharmacology or Physiology Information concerning these degrees may be obtained from the Head of the department concerned Registration of Students College registration At the beginning of each session students must register with the Dean of the faculty or his representative Women students must see the appropriate Tutor to Women Students at least once during each session The regulations regarding admission are laid down in the General College Rules page 77 University registration Before admission an applicant must satisfy the University 'general requirements' and ii any additional Univer- sity or College requirements for direct entry to specific degree courses called 'course requirements' These additional requirements are set out later in the Faculty section page 95 Intending applicants should consult the Regulations Relating to University Entrance Requirements Copies should be available in schools but if they are not copy can be obtained from the Secretary to the University Entrance Requirements Department University of London Senate House WC1 If an appli- cant is given firm as opposed to conditional offer of place at King's College he will be required to complete Form Μ and submit it to the University Entrance Requirements Department If his qualifica- tions are satisfactory he will receive statement that he will be eligible to matriculate on registration as an internal student This statement must be sent to the College with or soon after any acceptance of firm offer of place For undergraduates the matriculation fee will be paid by the College out of the composition fee and matriculation will be completed when the student is registered as an internal or external student of the University This registration is effected by the student completing registration schedule on the occasion of his being en- rolled by the Dean or Sub-Dean of his faculty at the beginning of his first session in College
