FACULTY OF THEOLOGY 223 is no need for students to write to him about this matter They will normally hear from the Dean by the middle of August iii The attention of all intending students is directed to the Note under Courses of Study on page 227 REGULATIONS FOR ADMISSION No students can be admitted under the age of 18 save by special permission of the Theological Professorial Board Every candidate for admission to the course for the or Diploma and Testamur must send to the Dean written application on form which is obtained from the Dean after interview REGULATIONS ON ADMISSION Candidates for the Associateship must on entry sign declaration of membership of the Church of England and of willingness to conform to the rules and regulations of the College All students on admission to the Faculty are required to furnish satisfactory evidence of good health Each student on entering the College will be allotted to member of the Staff as his Tulpr All students are expected to attend the opening service of term at 10 and to be regular in attendance at morning Chapel during the term Students are required to attend lectures and official duties in the gown prescribed by the College At the end of each term each student who is an ordinand not residing in the Theological Hostel is required to produce testimonial from his vicar regarding his church attendance and general conduct Students must begin their course with the Michaelmas term except by special permission from the Dean All students regular or occasional must register in the Dean's Office at the beginning of each session Attendance at the lectures prescribed for the various courses is compulsory All full-time students are allowed under certain con- ditions to attend lectures in other Faculties in the College without extra charge Note Occasional students are not subject to the above rules but are obliged to conform to the rules of the College as stated in the General Information section of the Calendar
