COURSES OF STUDY 129 candidate who obtains permission to take both Parts on the same occasion and who passes in Part but fails in Part II will be credited with having passed Part but if he fails or is referred in Part no report will be made on his work in Part II All candidates must offer and pass in the four subjects of Part of the Examination and in four subjects of Part II there will be one three- hour paper in each subject and in cases of doubt the examiners may in addition examine any candidate orally Jurisprudence and Legal Theory Any three of the following which have not been taken at Part English Land Law Principles of the Law of Evidence English Administrative Law Muhammadan Law 10 Hindu Law 11 Roman Law 12 History of English Law 13 Public International Law 14 Conflict of Laws 15 Conveyancing 16 Succession Testate and Intestate 17 Mercantile Law 18 Industrial Law 19 Law of Domestic Relations candidate at Part who fails but not seriously in one subject and does reasonably well in his other subjects may be referred-i he may be permitted on the recommendation of the examiners to present himself on two further occasions only in that subject on the first of such occasions he may offer the referred subject with Part II If he offers the referred subject with Part II and passes in the referred subject but fails in Part II he will be credited with Part passes in Part II but fails in the referred subject he will be credited with Part II provided that he passes in the referred subject at the next examination Ε Part Criminal Law or Indian Criminal Law Law of Tort Law of Trusts one of the five subjects to 11 below Part II
