COURSES OF STUDY 129 Part II Jurisprudence and Legal Theory Any three of the following which have not been taken at Part English Land Law Principles of the Law of Evidence English Administrative Law Muhammadan Law 10 Hindu Law 11 Roman Law 12 History of English Law 13 Public International Law 14 Conflict of Laws 15 Conveyancing 16 Succession Testate and Intestate 17 Mercantile Law 18 Industrial Law 19 Law of Domestic Relations candidate at Part who fails but not seriously in one subject and does reasonably well in his other subjects may be referred-i he may be permitted on the recommendation of the examiners to present himself on one occasion only in that subject with Part II at one of the next two Final Examinations If he fails in his referred subject he will be required to offer the whole of Part again and if he takes Part II at the same time as he fails in his referred subject he will have no report made on his work in Part Π Entry Forms and Certificates must be obtained from the College Office filled up returned to the College Registrar for signature and sent with the entry fee to the Academic Registrar of the University not later than the first day of March preceding the Examination II-FOR HIGHER DEGREES For the Regulations and Curriculum for the LL Ph and LL degrees students should consult the University Regulations in the Faculty of Laws for Internal Students which may be obtained on application to the Academic Registrar as above An extract from the Regulations for the LL degree is given be- low Reference should be made to the Sub-Dean for any amendment of these Regulations that may take place during the session LL By Examination without Dissertation The subjects now prescribed for examination are given below candidates will be examined in any four of them In each subject the examination consists of one three-hour paper Jurisprudence and Legal Theory Company Law Ε
