138 FACULTY OF LAWS LECTURES IN THEOLOGY FOR NON-THEOLOGICAL STUDENTS Under the terms of the King's College London Transfer Act 1908 the Council is required to provide weekly lecture in Theology The time tables are so arranged as to allow any student who wishes it to attend these lectures but no one may be compelled to do so To meet this requirement the lectures are delivered on Mondays at 10 The lectures are designed for students desiring the Associate- ship of King's College and are provided without extra fee For the regulations governing the award of the Associateship to non-theological students see 44 POSTGRADUATE COURSES ACADEMIC POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA IN LAW For courses in English Legal Method students will attend lectures on the English Legal System at King's College at 12 noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays and tutorial classes on Wednesdays from 11 to 12 Mr Wellwood at King's College in the Michaelmas term at the London School of Economics in the Lent term and at University College in the summer term For courses in Group II students will attend the appropriate lectures for the LL course according to the general timetable Students taking Equity should attend lectures on Trusts University College and those taking British Public Law should attend lectures on Constitu- tional Law at King's College at 12 noon on Mondays and Fridays For courses in Group III students will attend the appropriate lectures for the LL or LL courses For Comparative Law students will attend lectures at King's College at times to be arranged these will be announced on the notice-board in the vestibule of the Laws Faculty block LL COURSES The subjects prescribed for the LL Examination are now being reconsidered by the University Particulars of the subjects now pre- scribed and of the new optional subjects which may shortly be available are given on 130 timetable of the seminars on these subjects will be published as soon as possible and may be obtained on application to the Sub-Dean of the Faculty
