102 FACULTY OF ARTS FEES All fees are payable in advance A-Registration Fees Registration Fee of £1 Is must be paid by each full-time student upon acceptance by the Dean of the Faculty This fee is not returnable and in the event of non-entry it is forfeited In addition further charge of £1 Is is made to each Overseas Student upon acceptance this is deducted from the general Tuition Fees upon entry but in the event of non-entry it is forfeited Registration Fee of 5s is charged to Occasional Students on their first entry to the College in any session Β-Fees for Regular Undergraduate Courses Tuition Fees General or Honours in all cases except those mentioned in -£35 14s per annum General or Honours with Science Subjects -£38 17s per annum Evening Classes in Honours Spanish -£4 per term or £10 per session together with the registration fee of 5s special Registration Fee of £2 is charged to Honours students spending session or part of session at foreign University in connection with their degree courses The Tuition Fees are reduced by 20 per cent in the case of boys who enter the College direct from King's College School or from Strand School provided they produce certificate stating that they have attended at least five terms in the School Subject to the approval of the Dean of the Faculty and of the Lecturer concerned regular student in the Faculty of Arts may attend any class in his own Faculty or any one class in any other Faculty without extra tuition fee Examination Fees payable to the University Intermediate £6 6s General £6 6s Honours £7 7s The fees in Sections Β and include fees for Library Union Society Athletic Ground and most games subscriptions locker is provided rent free on payment of deposit of 5s Sessional fees may be paid in equal terminal instalments on payment of an additional £1 Is in the first term
