FEES 175 Ph in Engineering- For Registered Honours Graduates of the CoUege £15 15 per annum For all other students £22 Is per annum The normal course extends over two years but for students required by the University to devote longer period to the course the annual fee will be so adjusted that the total amount payable is £31 10s under or £44 2s under Sc Eng Registration fee of £11 Is together with Library and Departmental fees according to the circumstances of the case The tuition fees under Β and and include fees for Library Locker Union Society Athletic Ground and most games subscriptions but deposit of 5s is charged for locker key Sessional fees may be paid in equal terminal instalments on payment of an additional £1 Is in the first Term D-Fees for Other Courses and Special Classes Research The fees payable by persons of academio standing person who holds or has held an academic post" engaged in pure Research other than for Higher Degree are guineas Term or 10 guineas Session For students of ordinary postgraduate standing engaged in pure Research work other than for Higher Degree the fees are the same as for the Ph course namely £22 Is per annum For persons engaged in Research for commercial purposes fee will be fixed in each case on its merits Occasional students pay fees on the following scale unless other- wise stated in the Syllabus of the Class Registration Fee -A registration fee of 5s on first entry to College in any Session Tuition Fees Lectures -£1 lis Qd per Term for one hour week or £4 4s per Session for one hour week Practical Classes -£3 3s per Term or £8 8s per Session for three hours per week Ε-Composition Fees for Chemical Engineerino Course Tuition Fees 35 guineas per annum for students taking the Course as Third Year course qualifying for the Degree 30 guineas per annum for Graduates 24 guineas per annum for students whose names are on the Register of Graduates of the College Apparatus and Materials Fees Students are required to pay deposit of £5 This fee less charges for loss or breakages of apparatus is returnable on the completion of the course of study charge of £4 4s is made for the use of tools and materials required for the course in Workshop Practice These courses are discontinued during the war
