FACULTY OF THEOLOGY 269 COLLEGE INSTITUTIONS THE CHAPEL College Services Morning Prayer daily at 30 Evening Prayer on Wednesdays Holy Communion on Wednesdays at 30 and on the last day of Term at 10 Opening service on first day of term 10 Occasional Services The Students arrange for Litanies other mid-day offices and weekly devotional addresses Quiet Day is held every Term The Chapel is open for private devotion THE LIBRARY Hutton -Librarian The needs of the Theological Faculty are provided for by the Theo- logical Section of the College Library and by special collection of books useful in connection with the Theological lectures There is also library at the Hostel for the use of residents COMMON ROOMS The Theological Arts and Science Students have united Common Room Room 16c is set aside for the benefit of members of the Theological Faculty as room for reading and discussion COLLEGE SOCIETIES THE THEOLOGICAL SOCIETY This Society is open to past and present Students the latter being ipso facto members There are Meetings for present Students with papers debates and readings Three Meetings are held in the Michaelmas and Lent Terms and two in the Easter Term Outside prominent speakers are invited Annual Reunion of past and present Students on Whit Tuesday and Autumn Meeting Occasional Meetings for past Students are arranged in the several Dioceses The Gazelle issued annually in the Michaelmas Term THEOLOGICAL SOCIETY-Student Branch AU present members of the Faculty are members of the Student Branch of the Theological Society nominal subscription of 3d per term is included in the Faculty subscription The objects of the Student Branch are To keep present members of the Faeulty in touch with the Theological Society
