148 FACULTY OF LAWS FEES All Fees are payable in advance Registration Fees Registration Fee of £1 Is must be paid to the College by each Regular Day or Evening student reading for the LL Degree upon acceptance by the Dean of the Faculty This fee is non-returnable and in the event of non-entry it is forfeited In addition further charge of £1 Is is made to each Overseas Student upon acceptance which is deducted from the general Tuition Fees upon entry but in the event of non-entry it is forfeited No fee is charged by the University for registration of students as Internal Students who have passed either the Matriculation Examination or School Examination with exemption from the Matriculation if application for registration is made within three months from the first attendance at the course in respect of which registration is desired Students who begin course of study in October and matriculate in the following January may be registered without payment of fine before March 1st fee of 10s 6d is payable in respect of each application received at later date and acceded to The College undertakes the registration of students and application should be made at the Office for the necessary forms Fees for the LL Course Degree Course Per Session Per Term Examination Fee LL Day 28 gns 10 gns Intermediate gns Evening 21 gns gns Final gns The payment of the Day Composition Fee entitles student to attend all the courses prescribed for the subjects he has selected for his Examinations and such additional courses whether in the Faculty of Laws or in any other Faculty as he may be advised by the Dean to attend of which however not more than one additional course may be at College other than that at which he is registered This concession does not cover second attendance at one of the prescribed courses where course is repeated the appropriate fee is charged The fee also covers attendance at the Tutorial Classes provided by the College in respect of various subjects forming part of his course Note -Tuition fees are reduced 20 per cent in the case of boys who enter the College direct from King's College School or from Strand School provided they produce certificate stating that they have attended at least five School terms Fees for Post-Graduate Courses The fee for the LL course for Internal Graduates is for two sessions if paid in one sum 25 guineas or 16 guineas per session For others the fee is 21 guineas per session The entry fee for the examination is £10 10s The payment of these fees entitles student to the advice and
