GENERAL INFORMATION 41 choral celebration of Holy Communion at 10 On the first and last days of Term the hour 10-11 is reserved for Service in Chapel Special Services are arranged on various afternoons and evenings On the Monday in Commemoration Week special Commemoration Service is held at 10 Under the terms of the King's College London Transfer Act 1908 the Council is required to provide weekly Lecture in Theology The time-tables are so arranged as to allow any Student who wishes to attend these Lectures but no one may be compelled to do so The Lectures are given on Monday mornings 10-11 and the subjects to be dealt with will be found in the prospectus of each Faculty Students who wish to take the Associateship of King's College must attend these Lectures The examination in Divinity for the Associateship is held on the last Wednesday of the Lent Term from 11-1 THE ASSOCIATESHIP OF KING'S COLLEGE -General All Students of University of London King's College and King's College for Women may obtain the Associateship of King's College under the following regulations They must have attended classes in the College for at least three years as Regular Students They must have obtained Degree in the University of London They must have regularly attended the two terms' course of instruction in Theology in each of the three years' course of study and have passed such examinations or other tests as may from time to time be required All those who have fulfilled the above conditions will receive certificate attesting that they have completed the Course and may apply to the Council to receive the Diploma of the Associateship The fee for the Diploma is £1 lis 6d -Theological The Regulations are given in the Prospectus of the Theological Department see 266 For Privileges of Associates see reference under "Associates" in Index REGISTER OF GRADUATES AND DIPLOMA STUDENTS All former Students of University of London King's College or of the Theological Department of King's College who have been for not less than three years Students of the College and who are either Graduates or Associates or have gained the College Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or the Diploma of the Conjoint Examining Board of the Royal Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons are allowed to β
