GENERAL INFORMATION 243 As the College and University Sessions begin in October and the Courses are continuous throughout the Session it is important that all Regular Students should enter the College in October Students who wish to take the Special Intermediate Examination in June must have commenced their Courses before October 31st of the previous year Students are eligible to become members of the Common Rooms on application to the Secretary of the Common Rooms The King's College Review is published four times year once during the early part of each Term and once during Commemoration Week The attention of Students is drawn to the Public Lectures which are given on certain evenings throughout the Session Lists of these may be obtained from the College Office or Head Porter Students preparing for the Examinations of the University of London must make themselves acquainted with the Regulations of the University regarding Registration attendance at recognised courses filling in of Schedules payment of Examination Fees and other matters Copies of these Regulations can be obtained at the College Office on application and it is the duty of Students to see that they are registered and that all the necessary schedules are properly completed The College will not accept any responsibility in the case of non-compliance with these regulations but the Registrar may be consulted in any difficulty For information as to the Evening Classes in Theology and Law see Index THE FACULTY OF EVENING STUDENTS The officers consist of the President Senior Woman Student Secretary and Treasurer The objects of the Society are To promote social intercourse amongst Evening Students to encourage and help students to join College Societies and Athletic Clubs and to arrange means of recreation for them whenever possible Membership of the Society is open to every Regular Evening Student on payment of an annual subscription of Is Occasional Students must join the Union Society before becoming eligible for membership Provision is made for athletics at the College Ground at Mitcham where there are extensive playing fields The Society hopes to run teams in all games to compete with other Faculties There will be list on the notice board in the East Wing at the beginning of each Session where Evening Students who play any of the recognised games of the CoUege should sign their names Suggestions for improving the facilities offered will be considered if communicated to one of the officers of the Society There will be at least one General Meeting held in each Term of the College Year social function will be held in the Michaelmas and Lent Terms
