138 FACULTY OF ARTS FEES All Fees are payable in advance Registration Fees Registration Fee of £1 Is must be paid by each full-time student upon acceptance by the Dean of the Faculty This fee is non-returnable and in the event of non-entry it is forfeited In addition further charge of £1 Is is made to each Overseas Student upon acceptance This fee is deducted from the general Tuition Fees upon entry but in the event of non-entry it is forfeited Composition Fees for Regular Undergraduate Courses Tuition fees including Locker rent Intermediate Arts -£31 10s per annum Pass or Honours in all cases except those mentioned in -£35 14s per annum Pass or Honours with Science Subjects -£38 17s per annum Diploma in Journalism £29 8s per annum Diploma in English Literature -£29 8s per annum Academic Diploma in Psychology -£29 8s per annum Diploma in Geography -£29 8s per annum Note -Tuition fees are reduced 20 per cent in the case of boys who enter the College direct from King's College School or from Strand School provided they have attended at least five School terms Subject to the approval of the Dean of the Faculty regular student in the Faculty of Arts may attend any class in his own Faculty or any one class in any other Faculty without extra tuition fee Composition Fees for Post-Graduate Courses For Registered Honours Graduates of the College -£8 8s per annum or £14 14s for the complete course of two years For all other students -£14 14s per annum or £22 Is for the complete course of two years In special cases the student may extend his course to third year without payment of further tuition fee but he will be required to pay Registration Fee of £3 per annum Candidates for the Degree who are required to take qualifying Honours papers at the Examination will pay fee of 24 guineas for the first year of their course Ph For Registered Honours Graduates of the College -£15 15s per annum
