40 KING'S COLLEGE LONDON and giving up possession of his locker or drawer and the key but if the key be not returned before the Student leaves College the five shillings will be forfeited III Student of the Engineering Faculty having locker in one of the Corridors may also have the use of drawer in the Drawing Office IV Each Student will be required to pay for any wilful injury which his locker or drawer may sustain but no Tradesman must be brought in to repair such injury duplicate key of each locker and drawer is kept by the Secretary VI No duplicate key is allowed to be made in any circumstances by Student VIL In the event of any Student losing his key he will be required to pay 4s 6d for new lock key when broken should be brought to the Secretary's office when it will be replaced at cost price VIII No other lockers or drawers except those provided by the College are permitted to be used IX These lockers are provided for the convenience of Students but the College cannot be responsible for the loss of property unless placed in the charge of the recognised porters TERMS In all Faculties the Academical Year consists of Three Terms- viz Michaelmas Term from the beginning of October to the week before Christmas Lent Term from January to the end of March Easter Term from the end of April to the beginning of July As the College and University Sessions begin in October and the Courses are continuous throughout the year it is important that all Regular Students should enter the College in October DAILY SERVICE AND LECTURES IN THEOLOGY Under the terms of the King's College London Transfer Act 1908 and the Statutes made thereunder the Council of King's College is required to provide at least one daily service in the College Chapel at which any Student of University of London King's College and King's College for Women shall be at liberty to attend if he so desire and the time-table must be so arranged as to leave the time of the Chapel service free from lectures But no Student is under any compulsion to attend such service and no Student may be subject to any disability on account of his religious belief There is Daily Service in the College Chapel at 30 On the first day of each Term there is an Opening Service with Sermon at 10 and Holy Communion at 30 On the last day of each Term there is
