general information 95 13 In the Examination Room there will be table bearing the Student's name and this table is allotted to the Student for all written Examinations During the Examination Students will be allowed to sit only at the tables allotted to them 14 The Examination Papers will be placed in boxes in the Ex- amination Room and Students are held responsible for taking the correct papers in the subjects in which they are being examined 15 On leaving the Examination Room Students are required to place their written work in the boxes from which they took their Examination papers Students will be held responsible for the proper return of their written work 16 No Student unless with permission will be admitted to the Examination Room after half an hour has elapsed from the time announced for the Examination to begin No Student will be allowed to leave the Examination Room until one hour has elapsed from the time of the beginning of the Examination 17 Students must turn every sheet of their written work face down- wards as soon as completed Discipline 18 Strict order is required in all classes held in the College and all Members of the Teaching Staff of the College are invested with the authority necessary for the maintenance of order in their classes 19 Each Professor Lecturer or other Officer of the Co×¢ege will consider it his duty to report any serious breach of discipline committed by Student 20 The Principal is responsible for the maintenance of discipline among the Students of the College other than those of the Faculty of Theology In maintaining discipline among Women Students he will always act in consultation with the Tutor to Women Students Maintenance of discipline among Theological Students is vested in the Dean of King's College but he will act in concert with the Principal if questions arise which affect the discipline of other Students or of the College as whole If in the opinion of the Principal or as regards Theological Students the Dean any Student shall persistently violate any rules or regula- tions or the conduct of any Student either within or without the precincts of the College shall be derogatory to his station in society or to the welfare or character of the College the Principal or as regards Theological Students the Dean shall have the power to fine or suspend the Student for period not extending beyond the current term Should the Principal consider the conduct of any Student other than Theological Student to be such as to require more serious notice he will summon the Student before Court of Discipline con- sieting of the Principal the Deans of all the Faculties and if the conduct of any woman is in question the Tutor to Women Students and this Court shall have power to pass sentence either of temporary exclusion or of permanent expulsion from the College
