PRIZES 75 Β -Prizes in Natural Science open to Students of the Faculties of Natural Science and Engineering Uennant pri3ee These Prizes were founded by means of Legacy bequeathed to the College by James Tennant sometime Professor of Mineralogy in King's College They are of the annual value of about £15 together and are given in books or instruments One Prize in Geology and one in Mineralogy will be offered at the Annual Examination upon the results of the year's work Both prizes are open to all Students of the Faculties of Science and Engineering in the Morning or Evening Classes who have completed year's work provided the age of the Candidate on July of that year does not exceed 22 years Prizemen For names of those elected previously to 1925 see former Calendars Geology 1925 Linton David Leslie 1926 Robinson William Maud 1927 No award Mineralogy 1925 Saner Beatrice Rosamond 1926 Batcman John Burraston 1927 Kirkaldy John Francis -Prizes in Natural Science open to Students in the Faculties of Natural Science and Medical Science 1bare ri3e This Prize was founded in 1917 by George Hare Esq in memory of his son Stanley Grant Hare former Student of the Medical Science Faculty who fell at the head of his platoon in the charge against the Turks at Gaza April 1917 The Prize is of the annual value of £2 10 in books or instruments and will be awarded to the Student of the First Year who acquits himself best at the Class Examination in Zoology if of sufficient merit Prizemen For names of those elected previously to 1925 see former Cale tdars 1925 ΡΜΐιίη Edward Alexander 1926 Bird John Daniel Henry 'I Wale Royden Samael 1927 Not awarded
