238 EVENING DEPARTMENT Membership is open to all past Students who have been members of the College for two years and to all present Students in their third year Those wishing to join should communicate with Mr Thomas at the College COLLEGE OFFICE The College Office is open daily from 30 to except on Saturdays when the hours are 10 to It is also open during the first month of each Term from to and for the remainder of Term on Fridays from to Communications should be addressed to the Secretary King's College Strand London THE LIBRARY The General Library is open for the use of all Regular and Diploma Students and such Occasional Students as shall pay for admission thereto £1 Is per Session 10s 6d per Term at the following hours In Term Monday to Friday 10 to 15 Saturday 10 to In Vaca- tion 10 to and to 30 except Saturdays The Library is closed for week at Easter for month from August 1st and for few days at Christmas For rules and facilities offered application should be' made to the Librarian Mr Walton or the Assistant Librarian Mr Hales There is also an Evening Students' Library housed in Hut from which books may be borrowed on application being made to the Student Librarian in charge REGISTER OF GRADUATES AND OTHER STUDENTS All former Students of University of London King's College or of the Theological Department of King's College who have been for not less than three years Students of the College and who are either Graduates or have gained the College Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or the Diploma of the Conjoint Examining Board of the Royal Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons are allowed to retain their names on the College books on payment of registration fee of £1 10s and are accorded the following privileges Admission at reduction of 20 per cent in the fees to College lectures and classes exclusive of Laboratories ii The use of the Library free of charge during the period of study iii The receipt of copy of the Annual College Report
