50 general rules 25 Each Professor Lecturer or other officer of the College will consider it his duty to report either to the Dean of the Faculty to which the Student belongs or to the Vice-Principal any serious breach of discipline 26 If in the opinion of the Principal or of the Council any Student shall persistently violate any of the rules or regulations or the conduct of any Student either within or without the precincts of the College or of the Hospital shall be derogatory to his station in society or to the welfare or character of the College either the Principal or the Council may exclude him from attendance at the College and Hospital or either of them for any time or may expel him from being Student and irom all benefits thereof but such sentence by the Principal alone shall be subject to an appeal to the Council who may thereupon make such order as they think fit and no claim by or in respect of Student so excluded or expelled shall by reason thereof be made upon the Principal or College or any person or thing connected therewith
