522 resident students In the event of any vacancy occurring Students will have the preference of changing their rooms according to length of residence in College and priority of application for leave to change Each Student is required to pay deposit of 106 on first receiving the key of his room The money will be refunded on the Student's vacating the room provided he returns the key to the Secretary's Office and leaves the lock in good order The cost of making good damage done to the room or furniture has to be paid by the occupier Students incurring expulsion from their rooms through the infringement of the College rules and regulations will forfeit the amount of rent already paid Rules to be observed by Resident Students Students are required to be in residence during the whole of their Term or Session unless specially exempted by the Resident Censor and to obtain an exeat from him on leaving College either at the end of Term or for one or more nights during Term When an exeat is granted during Term the ן Student must inform the Censor what his address will be during his absence Ι During the absence of Student from College for one night or more during Term his servant is responsible for the care of his rooms which will be locked up and closed against all other persons With the consent of the Censor Student may grant permission to use his rooms during his absence In this case the responsibility of the servants for the Student's property ceases During the vacations all articles of value must be locked up or placed specially in the charge of the servants After absence from College Students are required to return on the day named in their exeat fine of ten shillings
