MEDICAL FACULTY 511 The Candidates for these Prizes are examinedin-1 Two of the branches of Medical Science taught in the College to be selected by the Candidates Divinity want of sufficient knowledge in the Medica part will disqualify for examination in the Theological All Candidates for either of these Prizes must produce Certificates of good conduct of regular attendance on the Divinity Lectures and Certificates of having passed two of the Terminal Examinations in Divinity No one can be Candidate who has exceeded his fifth year of attendance at the Medical Lectures of the College and no Student who has obtained the first Prize in one year can be Candidate in any subsequent year The next Examination will be held on Friday October 1899 The names of all Candidates must be sent in writing to the Secretary by Monday October The subjects for the Divinity part of this Examination will be The Books of Amos and Hosea The Gospel of St Mark Hooker Ecclesiastical Polity Book The subjects for the Divinity part of this Examination in 1900 will be An Essay on The influence of Spiritual conditions upon physical health Names of Prizemen For the Names of thoseelected previously to 1866 see the Calendar for 1865-6 1866 Dabbs George Henry Roque Richards William Alsept Herbert Samuel Lymas 1867 Baxter Evan Buchanan Milles George Ridley 1868 Hoar Charles Edward Beach Fletcher 1869 Cotterill Alfred 1870 Rat Joseph Numa Philpot Joseph Henry 1871 Philpot Joseph Henry Duncan Andrew 1872 Batterbury George Henry Gibbings Ashley 1873 Moore George Edward 1874 Tirard Nestor Isidore Charles
