medical scholarships 489 who have completed their third but have not exceeded their fourth Winter Session Candidates will be examined in the following subjects Medicine Surgery Obstetric Medicine Forensic Medicine Pathology The Examinations will include written and practical exami- nations in each subject and commentaries on cases in Medicine and Surgery The Examinations will be held at the end of the Winter Session Second Year Scholarship One in each year of £30 tenable for one year This Scholarship is open to all Matriculated Students of this Faculty being also perpetual Pupils of the Hospital who have completed their second but have not exceeded their third Winter Session Candidates will be examined in the following subjects Anatomy Physiology Organic Chemistry Materia Medica The Examinations will be held partly at the end of the Winter and partly at the end of the Summer Session Junior Scholarships Two in each year of £20 tenable for one year All Matriculated Students of this Faculty being also perpetual Pupils of the Hospital may compete for these Scholarships at the end of their first Winter and Summer Medical Sessions Students entering the Medical Faculty in the preceding Summer Session are also eligible to compete for these Scholarships Candidates for the Junior Scholarships are required to have obtained certificate of regular attendance on the Divinity lectures and of having passed one of the Terminal Examinations in that subject This Regulation shall not affect Students who have been exempted from attendance on those Lectures by the Prin- cipal but such Students shall be required to take up an additional subject to be selected by him
