44 Under the above separate heads information as to the courses of study fees &c is given in the following pages The Council has under the College Act the sole and entire management and administration of the College and in the exercise thereof may refuse admission to any Class or Classes in the College The whole of the College is under the supervision of the Principal and the teaching is conducted by him and by the Vice-Principal Professors Lecturers and Demonstrators each Faculty or Department being under the special super- intendence of one of the Professors annually appointed as its Dean or Director The School is under the special charge of the Head Master and his Assistant Masters The Students of the College are either Matriculated or Non-Matriculated Matriculated Students are those admitted to the regular and full course of 6tudy prescribed in their respective Faculties and Departments Non-Matriculated Students are those who being unable to attend the whole course are desirous of studying any particular subject or subjects They are at liberty to enter for any of the College Classes Non-Matriculated Students are required to submit them- selves to the discipline of the College like other Students while within its precincts Residence of Students Rooms are provided in College for certain number of Matriculated Students and some of the Professors and Educational Staff receive Students into their own houses Refreshments Arrangements are made for luncheons and refreshments within the walls of the College at moderate tariff The Academical Year consists of Three Terms viz Michaelmas Term from the beginning of October to the week before Christmas Lent Term from the middle of January to the week before Easter Easter Term from Easter to the beginning of July
