ASSOCIATESHIP 453 Must apply on printed form to be obtained in the College Office to the Dean of his Division not later than June 15 stating the claims and qualifications which he then possesses fee of £1 Is is charged for the Diploma An Associate cannot be elected Scholar or obtain Prize in the Faculty in which he gained his Associateship Note -The privileges of an Associate of this Faculty do not include permission to attend the Laboratories or the Workshop without payment of the usual fees IV Faculty of Science -Division of Engineering Architec- ture and Applied Sciences Every Candidate for this distinction Must have pursued his studies as Matriculated Student of this Faculty for nine Terms This period may be reduced to not less than six Terms in the case of those who have obtained such external distinctions as may be deemed sufficient by the Board of the Division Students wishing to claim this advantage must make written application to the Secretary at the time of entrance to this Faculty and if the claim is allowed they will be reckoned as Fourth Term Students Must produce Certificate of proficiency in study as evinced by either- Certificate in Honours in either Engineering Architecture יי "Metallurgy" or "Chemical Tech- nology Such Professional distinction after leaving King's College as shall be deemed sufficient by the Board of the Division Must unless exempted on account of conscientious objections or for some special reason have been regular in his attendance at the Divinity Lectures and have passed the periodical Examinations in this subject satisfactorily
