9 234 faculty of medicine SYNOPSIS OF LECTURES AND LABORATORY WORK Λ DIVINITY Ί The Rev Robertson Principal Lectures are delivered by the Principal every Wednesday at 15 during the Winter Session All Matriculated Students during the First Year are re quired to attend these Lectures unless the Parent or Guardian or the Student if of full age states in writing that he has conscientious objection but exemptions may be granted by the Principal in special cases The "Barry" Prize is awarded to the Matriculated Student who passes the best examination in Divinity irre- spective of the year to which he belongs No one can receive this Prize more than once Τ Ψ ANATOMY Alfred Hughes Professor Cadman Demonstrator The following Courses of Lectures and Practical Work will be given during the Winter and Summer Sessions Systematic Lectures daily at 10 descriptive of the structure of the human body together with an account of the relations of its more important parts especially in their bearing on Medicine and Surgery Supplemental Lectures and Demonstrations are given during the Summer Session on parts not dealt with fully during the Winter Session including short course of embryology These are free to Students who have attended the previous Winters Course II Practical Anatomy -The Dissecting Room is open daily from to Saturdays to 12 The Students are directed and assisted by the Professor and Demonstrators Limited Dissecting Room Tutorial Classes aye also held at stated periods
