EVENING CLASSES ψχίμζ in Science Given by the Clothworkers' Company -The following will be given every year viz Three Prizes of £5 each II -These Prizes are open at the close of each year to all Students of the Evening Classes who produce certifi- cates of regular attendance on any four of the following courses of Lectures viz Mathematics Botany Chemistry Practical Chemistry Mechanics Mechanical Engineering Experimental Physics Practical Physics Geology Mine ralogy Physical Geography Physiology Comparative Ana- tomy Metallurgy Practical Metallurgy Agriculture III -These Prizes will be awarded for the highest aggre- gate of marks in the regular examination held at the close of the Winter Session in the four subjects which each Student has attended or if he has attended more than four in the four subjects which he selects IV -No Prize will be awarded for less aggregate than 240 marks nor to any Student whose schedule of attendance is not returned properly signed to the Librarian before the last day of the Winter Session -No Prize can be taken twice by the same Student except he bring up new subjects VI -The Prizes will be given wholly in books or half in books and half in Cash at the option of the successful Candidate Scholars 1879 1880 Clarke Thomas Richard Ross William John Clunies Hurst Franklin Lake Arthur Frederick Gardiner Charles Harrison George Alfred 1882 Savage William Arthur 1881 1882 Mackay James Bunyan Lillie 1883 Richards William Webb Charles Daulman 1884 Richards William Balleine Arthur Edwin 1885 Swann Frederic 1886 Philip Arnold
