364 CIVIL SERVICE CLASSES yond reach of good oral instruction Correspondence pupils are put through exactly the same course of study and have exactly the same papers as the students attending the Even- ing Classes at King's College And solutions are supplied or hints given for the solution of all questions and papers set which they are not able to answer Fees can at any time be transferred from the Correspond- ence to the Oral Classes or vice versa General arrangements applying to Correspondence Classes in Division Times for beginning -Courses of Preparation begin few weeks after each Examination and continue until the next Examination They are generally divided into two periods of about ten weeks each There is mid-period ad- mission month after the beginning of each period when Students can join for the remainder of the period at two- thirds of the period fee or for the remainder of the period together with the next period for one and half times the period fee On the announcement of an Examination special admissions are arranged at fees terminating at the examina- tion Fees -These must be paid in advance New Students should send them if possible week before the beginning of the Course period &c so as to give time for arranging their work Fees can be sent by cheque crossed and payable to Messrs Braginton and Hinks or by Postal Order or Money Order crossed and payable at the General Post Office London to Messrs Braginton and Links If Student be declared successful in his Civil Service Examination whilst corresponding Student the portion of his Fee unexpired at the declaration will be returned or trans- ferrde to another Class at his own option Ordinary Fees -For these Students will be taken through course of preparation in all the subjects of their Examina- tion and as rule each subject will receive attention every
