SECTION III ADVANCED INSTRUCTION FOR PLUMBERS IN PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY SANITATION AND PRACTICAL PLUMBING Evening Classks The Court of the Worshipful Company of Plumbers having considered the necessity which exists for the pro- vision of additional facilities for the systematic instruction of Teachers of Plumbing Classes and of Foremen and In- spectors of Plumbing Work in the subjects of sanitation and in such branches of science and practice as are embraced in the proper construction and adjustment of sanitary ap- pliances have made arrangements with the Council of King's College London for Special Classes of advanced instruction in these subjects The Students to be admitted are selected by the Com- ן ז Ζ י י י pany from those who have regularly attended any one of ho Metropolitan Plumbing Classes and have passed an adequate Preliminary Examination י י י י י י Ilf'lif iiiJA י lit Candidates for admission must apply to the Clerk of the Plumbers' Company Adelaide Buildings London Bridge giving full particulars of the instruction they have received and of any Examinations they have already passed The Course will last 12 weeks and the date of commence- ment will be announced Certificates of Distinction or Merit will be given at the close of each Course to those who have attended regularly and passed satisfactory examination For the purposes of these Certificates attendance 011 only one of the Practical Plumbing Classes in each week will be obligatory Museum is attached to the Plumbing Workshops in which specimens of work and apparatus sanitary appliances &c will be shown
