226 FACULTY OF MEDICINE HOSPITAL FEES Medical or Surgical £ three Months fcix Months One Year 12 Perpetual 31 12 10 Medical and Surgical £ Three Months Six Months 11 11 One Year 18 18 Perpetual 42 British Colonial or Foreign gentlemen duly qualified are charged £10 10s for six months' Hospital practice and £7 is for three months This fee admits to nine Metropolitan Hospitals Half fees will be charged for the Systematic Lectures in Surgery Medicine and Obstetric Medicine Dental Practice £ One Year 10 10 Two Years 15 15 REGULATIONS RESPECTING STUDENTS Each Student before Matriculation must produce testi- monial of good moral character and when admitted by the Principal must subscribe his name to Declaration that he will conform to all such Rules and Regulations as may from time to time be made for the good government of the College under the sanction and authority of the Council No one can be admitted into this Faculty under the age of sixteen except by the special permission of the Principal The Students of each Class are examined at regular intervals throughout the Session there are also Scholarship and Prize Examinations at the close of each Session Students who come to King's College from other Medical Schools and Matriculate will rank in the College and Hospital according to their year of study in accordance with the regulations of the Examining Bodies Provided they take the whole of the remainder of their education at the College pay the full amount of fees required for per- petual admission to the Hospital attend Lectures at the College on all the subjects in which they will be examined otherwise conform to the regulations laid down in each case respectively-they will be eligible to compete for all Hospital appointments Scholarships and Prizes Those of them who have already held Out-patients' appointments as Clinical Clerks and Dressers for periods of six months
