EXHIBITIONS AND SCHOLARSHIPS 415 Medical men who having completed their professional education are willing to go through the training needful for ordination and after being ordained to go out to exercise their medical skill and experience as missionaries among the heathen Clergymen who are willing to go through the needful training for the medical profession and after obtaining their diploma to go out as missionaries as those described under class No Medifeal men who having completed their medical training desire to undertake lay mission work among the heathen and are willing to undergo at least one year7s training with that object The holders of scholarships will be required to pledge themselves to go on and work as Medical Missionaries among heathen or Mohammedan races Student 1895 Peake Sydney John Founded 1857 hy George Monckton Esq Somerford Hall Penk- ridge and Others in Memory of the Right Honourable Sir Robert Harry Inglis Baronet Regulations Two Scholarships are given every year ot 50 each tenable for one Year if the Dividends on the sum invested amount to so much and if not then of such amount equally divided between the two Scholarships as the Dividends shall produce One Scholarship is awarded for the highest profi- ciency in portion or portions of Modern History and the other Scholarship for the highest proficiency in the English Language and Literature of one or more periods These Scholarships are open to all Matriculated Students of King's College not being Associates and not belonging to the Theological Faculty who shall have
