206 FACULTY OF MEDTCINE Leave of absence from Lectures or Hospital Practice can be obtained from the Dean of the Medical Faculty alone to whom in case of sickness or other unavoidable cause of non-attendance written notice is to be immediately sent The Medical Library is open daily to all Students of this Faculty for the purposes of Study they also have the use of the General Library The Natural History and Medical Museum is open to Students daily and specimens may be handled under certain regulations The attendance of each Student at Lectures is regularly marked At the close of each division of the Winter Ses- sion and at the close of the Summer Session the Dean prepares Report of the attendance general character and conduct of each Student which is forwarded to his Parent or Guardian after being submitted to and signed by the Prin- cipal copy of these reports is kept for future reference limited number of Students are admitted to reside within the College 10 There is Dining Hall in the College for the accommo- dation of Resident and other Students of the College 11 The Medical Common Room is open during the Medical Sessions from to and on the occasions of the meetings of the Scientific Union till 30 12 There is Medical Society and Athletic Club and Students are invited to join the Medical Staff Corps 13 Cards of admission to Lectures can be obtained from the Secretary's office only by the Dean's order and must be signed by him 14 All Certificates must be signed by the Dean previously to being signed by the Professors
