128 FACULTY OF SCIENCE Mechanics Moseley's Principles of Civil Engineering Pan- kine's Applied Mechanics Deschaners Natural Philosophy Fees Class and Class II each £4 4s per Term or £10 10s per annum THE WHEATSTONE PHYSICAL LABORATORY Second Year -Tuesday 11 45-12 45 Third Year -Tuesday and Friday 10 20-11 40 Matriculated Students who have completed six Terms in this Division are admitted to Course in the Wheatstone Laboratory and are taught to make experiments for them- selves in certain branches of the following subjects Mechanics Pneumatics Heat Light Electricity and Mag- netism and to construct the more simple apparatus required for those experiments The Professor is at liberty to exclude from his Tuesday Class any Students whom he does not consider sufficiently advanced for it Non-Matriculated Students of this Division may be ad- mitted to this Class on payment of the usual fees Students who are desirous of acquiring further knowledge of any special branches have an opportunity of doing so under the superintendence of the Professor and Demonstrator For detailed Syllabus and Evening Classes see Division of Natural Science The Wheatstone Laboratory is open to Students from to every day except Saturday and on Saturday from 10 to for practical study and research in all branches of Physics Per Term Per Ann Fees -Two days week £4 4s £10 10s Five days week £8 8s £21 Six days week £10 10s £25 In addition to the fees charge is made of 10s Term or 25s per annum to cover the ordinary expenses of Students in the Laboratories This sum must be paid in the College Office by each Student on entrance to the Clasa
