610 THE SCHOOL II Every Scholarship and Exhibition is held subject these conditions and is liable to forfeiture for misconduct 11 III In case there should be no candidate of sufficient me in any year the Scholarship of that year will not be award IV Pupil being absent from the School for any Tei and being permitted to resume his attendance cannot allowed to count the Terms which he has already ke towards the number necessary for any Prize Scholarship Exhibition or for the Associateship of the College unle he notifies his absence with the cause thereof to the He Ρ Master either beforehand or at latest at the beginning oft Term in which he is intending to be absent and obtai his sanction to such absence in writing ρ In all Scholarships and Exhibitions in which the rul as to payment require attendance at any College or Unive sity continuous residence or attendance is required and such attendance be omitted in any Term or Session tl Scholarship or Exhibition will be forfeited unless tl Scholar or Exhibitioner notifies his absence with the caus thereof to the Council either beforehand or at the latest the beginning of the Term he is intending to be absent ar forwards certificate of sanction to such absence from tl Head of his College or the proper University authority VI The payments for the Inglis Forest and Mathematic Scholarships and for the Sambrooke Exhibitions are ma in Terminal instalments at the end of each Term beginnii with the Michaelmas Term after the election provided th the Scholar has entered either one of the Faculties י King's College London or at the Universities of Oxford Cambridge within one vear of terminating his studies in tl School and has continued in regular attendance at sue College Certificate of Attendance and good conduct wi be required each Term from the Dean or Tutor VII The amount due may be applied for in the Secretary office any day succeeding the second Friday in the montl of January April and July
